These Terms govern your use of the Blakcat apps and service ("Blakcat"). By creating an account or using Blakcat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Blakcat provides an encrypted network connection that protects and optimizes your traffic on untrusted networks. Features, servers, and availability may change over time as we improve the service.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Each account is subject to a device limit; you may manage your devices in the app.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Blakcat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Blakcat to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Subscriptions & payments

Where paid plans are offered, they are billed through the applicable platform's billing system or our payment provider, and are subject to that provider's terms. The iOS version of Blakcat does not offer in-app purchases or third-party payment.

Privacy

Your use of Blakcat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Blakcat is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
